This project began as total play. I impulsively created the rainbow of boas through a pure desire for volume, color and performance with very little other catalyst. The collection of boas transformed during the documentation process. My solitary experience of play through creation became a collective act which has continued to unite the participants, and provided me with an understanding of what can be made possible through wearable works of art.
